About the Role

- Manage full process of recruitment from sourcing, selection, assessment, negotiation, to hiring and onboarding.
- Source talent through different channels and identify effective channels.
- Understand hiring needs from hiring managers, and develop selection procedure.
- Bring in qualified candidates for job openings and complete hiring on time.
- Engage candidates for current and future opportunities.
- Assist in HR engagement and development namely organizing employee activities and training, developing employee benefits, conducting exit interviews.


Ideal Candidate

- You love to interact with people. You are a crystal clear communicator to both internal coworkers and external candidates. You are resourceful in finding new candidates and thoughtful in HR development. You will directly contribute to building the most important part of the company – the people.


- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business, Psychology, or related fields.

- At least 1-2 years of experience in advertising industry human resources, especially in recruitment function both in-house or at a recruitment agency.

- Direct experience and skill in candidate sourcing and approaching is preferable.

- Self-management, interpersonal & communication skill and able to manage high volume of hiring.

- Knowledgeable with PDPA Law is a plus.

- Proactive, problem solver, multi-tasker, team player, fast-paced, work well under pressure.

- Articulate in English/Thai, both writing and speaking.
